St. John's, NL - Vanessa Rose with infant daughter Madison rolls out the beginning of a 25 metre petition outside the hotel where the Premiers are meeting. The petition calls on the Harper government to honour the child care agreements signed with the provinces. Letters were delivered to the Premiers asking them not to trade away child care for other federal funding promises in their discussion on the fiscal imbalance.
